FitWall

The FitWall was designed to incorporate as many muscles in single movements as possible and does it by moving exercise from the horizontal plane to the vertical plane. Vertical Training is done on the FitWall when you are attached to the vertical surface with no other support than yourself while exercising. Because you have removed all horizontal support and stabilization, the body is forced to turn on all your muscles from fingertip to toe the entire time you are exercising.
Every muscle is demanding and consuming calories during every exercise when isolating one muscle or muscle group, cutting the time it takes to consume available calories within your system, to a fraction. Work out 5 minute instead of 40, or 10 minutes instead of an hour or more. It improves coordination, balance and core.

Suspension Training

Suspension Training takes you to a whole different world of exercises. It harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you train. The concept was born in the Navy SEALs. Combat troops needed to stay in peak physical condition in the absence of traditional fitness equipment. Every suspension training exercise builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at once, as is required on the playing fields of sport and life. The suspension trainer is safe to use by participants of all abilities, fitness, age and gender, as exercises can be regressed or enhanced to suit the users own level of ability.
