I offer both group Pilates and 1-on-1 sessions and cater for which I cater for all levels. Blending the best of classical and contemporary Pilates, my classes will help you build a stronger core and bring into better alignment that will carry into all aspects of your life and improve your performance in other activities.
My beginners classes are designed to give you the best possible foundation to get you started on your journey of becoming a stronger, more mobile and stronger you. Exercises are broken down into easy-to-follow chunks and before you’ll know you will flow with the ease and poise you never knew you had in you.
Once you’ve mastered the foundations from my beginners classes, welcome to my level 2 classes where you really get to challenge your body to a whole new level. This is the beginning of your journey towards whole body mastery. Move, feel and look like you never have before!
