We’ll move, stretch, and sculpt at a steady pace—just enough to light you up without knocking you out. Some poses we breeze through, others we hold (hello shaky legs 👀) to build strength, focus, and fire.
Then we’ll bring you back down to earth with grounding postures so you leave calm, centered, and maybe a little taller.
